"Wow Honey!" Portobello Shrimp

  • Half and slice onion into strips, cube portobello mushrooms, and snap green beans in half.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet, add onions, beans, garlic and mushrooms over medium/high heat for 2 minutes. Add frozen shrimp and soy sauce. The mushrooms and the shrimp will release juices into the pan making a light sauce.
  • Cook until shrimp are almost done and add water chestnuts and warm through. Serve immediately over Minute Rice, adding broth from bottom to each serving.

Special Equipment Needed


Raw fresh or frozen shrimp is best for this dish, the natural juices add a lot to the dish. If you prefer a thicker sauce, sprinkle dish with cornstarch lightly just before adding water chestnuts. This dish is also good served over pasta
