  • 1. Fry chicken and oil in 6 qt. sauce pan, or Dutch oven, until chicken is no longer pink outside.
  • 2. Add water and rice mix.
  • 3. Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  • 4. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

A 1/2 diced onion may be added in step 1 to the other ingredients. Leftovers taste great. Just microwave to warm up.
