  • 1- Cut breast pieces in small cubes. Chop green chilies. Beat yogurt and add chopped green chilies, salt, pepper, half of soy sauce and chicken into it. Put it into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 2 - Take the marinated chicken out from the refrigerator and pour all into the saucepan and start cooking it on medium heat 8 minutes.
  • 3 - Add shortening, chili garlic sauce and remaining soy sauce into it. Cover the pan after mixing it with spatula. Cook, mixing occasionally until it becomes dry and chicken starts leaving the shortening.

1- You can use salt and pepper up to your own taste 2- When the chicken is tender you can increase the heat to dry the water quickly 3- Serve it with nan or shuarma bread - you can also serve it with bread 4- Enjoy its deep flavor with tomato ketchup and white sauce
