  • Combine the bags of chocolate and white chocolate in a large pot and heat over the stove until melted, stirring frequently. The stove will not have to be very hot for the morsels to melt.
  • After the chocolate is smooth, pour in the peanuts and stir until all the peanuts are covered in the chocolate.
  • Place the mixture on wax paper in spoonfuls. Let cool for several hours; to speed up the cooling process, place in the fridge.

Special Equipment Needed


Use the desired amount of peanuts. If you don't want very peanutty clusters, use less; if you'd like more, use a larger jar of peanuts. In any case, the mixture will seem like it has less peanuts in it than it does when you start placing spoonfuls on the wax paper. Also, the peanuts allow the clusters to keep their shape; too few peanuts makes the clusters spread out on the paper more. Also, obviously, the larger the clusters, the fewer there will be. These are great for gift-giving. I recommend making the clusters bite-size if they are for gifts.
