  • Break lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Chop carrots and celery. Slice medium red onion very thin and break apart, and place in VERY large bowl.
  • Add jar of REAL bacon pieces (or you can use 1 lb. of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled) and one 5 oz. pkg. of shredded parmesan cheese. Toss all ingredients gently and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • DRESSING: Beat dressing ingredients in small bowl, with whisk until smooth. Just before serving, add dressing to vegetables and toss well.

Notes

DO NOT add dressing to vegetables until just before serving or the salad will get soggy. My husband is diabetic so we use artificial sweetner and you can't tell the difference!
