  • Shrimp Preparation:
  • Take cleaned frozen shrimp and thaw per instructions on package (I thaw by placing shrimp in a colander and running under cold water for approximately 5 minutes). Once thawed, put shrimp on plate and damp off excess water. Place shrimp in large freezer bag. Pour in pack of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing. Pour in 1 tsp. of olive oil. Toss shrimp around in bag until coated. Place large skillet on medium-low heat. Add in 3 tsp. of butter/margarine. Pour in 3-4 tsp. of olive oil. Pour coated shrimp into skillet. Good Seasons Dressing will start to thicken a bit in oil while you sauté your shrimp. It will look like a light sauce on shrimp. Cook until done. Remove from heat.
  • Pasta Preparation:
  • In stock pot, put in 8 cups of water (enough to cover pasta). Bring to a boil. Add in 1 tsp. of salt (only time you get to salt your pasta!) Add in veggie pasta. Cook pasta for 15-20 minutes (want done but not too soft). Drain pasta. Put in 2 tsp. of olive oil and toss (to avoid sticky pasta).
  • Putting It Together!
  • On serving platter pour out veggie pasta. Top pasta with sautéed shrimp. Top with lots of Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Blend Cheese and serve with mozzarella cheese.

The veggie pasta is colorful and vibrant mixed with the zesty sweet taste of the shrimp topped with the Grated Parmesan and Romano Blend cheese & Mozzarella and with a piece of French bread it is to die for! You can use the mozzarella individually by adding to your plate and sprinkling over once you mix your shrimp and pasta together! You can also use garlic powder to season for taste if you love garlic or 1 tsp. of minced garlic or 1 small bud add to the sautéed shrimp mixture while cooking at the very end so you will not burn your garlic.
