  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add egg; mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate and raisins.
  • Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment paper-covered baking sheets.
  • Bake 9 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 2 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

    I have made this many times and they always come out great, everyone I have shared them with has always enjoyed them :)

    Very delicious! I however traded out the chocolate chunks for 4 ounces of semi-sweet morsels and 4 ounces of peanut butter chips and the raisins for 1/4 cup of unsweetened, shredded coconut. If you measure level the dry ingredients off with the back of a knife the batter shouldn't be too dry, however if it is just add milk in one cap at a time.
