    Very easy. I added a little left over salsa to it, made it a little chunkier.

    I wasn't sure how this would turn out but I thought it was good and my husband liked it too. It's great with taco flavored tortilla chips and cut up veg.

    My husband is a chiropractor and once a year we have patient appreciation day where we serve food to the patients after their treatment. I made this dip and everyone loved it!!!1 Several ladies wanted the recipe. Super easy!! will make this again.
