What a great summertime salad. It was light and tasty. My guests liked the change! The best thing, it only took 10 minutes to make. I will make it again.

what you need

cups  cooked rice
large  green pepper, chopped
large  tomato, chopped
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
tsp.  dried basil leaves
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

MIX all ingredients except cheese in large bowl.

SPRINKLE with cheese; toss lightly.

SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Storage Know-How
Store ripe tomatoes, stem-sides down, at room temperature. Keep ripe tomatoes away from direct sunlight and use them within a few days of purchase. It is best not to store tomatoes in the refrigerator since it causes the tomatoes to lose their flavor and become mushy. Only refrigerate extra-ripe tomatoes that are in danger of spoiling.
