Loved this recipe. However, I had to make some changes because my finance doesn't like tomatoes. In turn I did not add the salsa but added 1 tsp. of taco seasoning to get the taco flavor. We will definitely be having this again!
This was really good! I tried it with teryaki sauce instead of the mesquite, it surprisingly went great with the salsa. I also added sugar snap peas. The whole family loved it!
