  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  • Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min.

Add 1/4 tsp. each paprika and ground black pepper with soup and water in skillet. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper before covering.


Increase oil to 2 Tbsp. if using a regular skillet.


Substitute milk for the water and/or frozen broccoli florets, thawed, for the fresh broccoli.
