I cut the chicken up and cooked in oil with pepper and garlic powder then i added frozen mushrooms and fresh spinach and followed the recipe except i made bow-tie pasta and added instead of rice
This was absolutely delicious! I had to pre-prepare regular rice since I didn't have instant rice. I just mixed it in at the in place of the instant and it turned out perfectly. This for sure will be filed in my own personal recipe box.
I substituted brown rice and fresh spinach and could not get enough!
