So easy and so good. A great way to use leftover chicken. I've also added peas to the recipe.

What You Need

2
cups water
2
 chicken bouillon cubes
1-1/2
tsp. curry powder
2
cups instant white rice, uncooked
1
cup chopped cooked chicken or ham
1/4
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1
medium red or green pepper, chopped

Make It

MIX water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Cool.

ADD chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly.

Serve with a breadstick and a serving of red grapes.
