made the beef version except removed mushrooms (we don't like them) and substituted green peppers. We loved it, and I'm making it again tonight!

I've only made the chicken version so far, but it was easy and tasty so I will probably be trying out the other variations.

I made the tuna version with whole wheat kraft dinner, and it was very good. I will definatly make this again. very quick and easy.

I read the review that was upset about the salt. I would suggest that if you are concerned about the salt, stop looking at the quick meals! A boxed mac n chz has a lot of salt, but is fast and easy to make. The point of the title quick and easy! Make your's from scratch and then you control the ingredients, but then it will take longer. Your decision!

Please! can you cut down on the salt! We have eliminated salt from our diet except for a minute amount on food that demands it. Anything salty does not get a good reception at our house. Thanks.
