what you need

lb.   extra lean ground beef

cups   water
1
pkg.  TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

cups   MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1
cup   KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
2
cups  shredded lettuce
2
cups  chopped tomatoes

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet; drain.

ADD water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to boil.

STIR in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

Substitute
Substitute 1 tsp. ground cumin and 1 Tbsp. chili powder for the taco seasoning mix.

Substitute
