  • Add water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

    Family favorite...have made it over and over again. Add some sour cream and the tortilla chips to top it off!

    My husband and I loved this. We had it two different ways: sprinkled over tortilla chips and as a "dip" for tortilla chips. It was great both ways. Next time I will try it wrapped in a soft tortilla. Yum!!
