  • Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 1 tsp. ground cumin and 1 Tbsp. chili powder for the taco seasoning mix.
