Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut before serving.

Prepare as directed. Sprinkle pudding with 1-1/3 cups tinted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, then top with pastel miniature jelly beans. To tint the coconut, mix 1/2 tsp. water with a few drops of food coloring. Add colored water to coconut in large resealable plastic bag. Close bag, then shake until coconut is evenly tinted.
Add 1/3 cup raisins to hot milk in saucepan along with the rice.
