20-Minute Cheesy Beef & Rice Skillet

Not to brag, but this 20-minute skillet's got it all—ground beef, corn, rice and melty Cheddar cheese. What more could you ask for in a one-pan meal?

What You Need

lb.  ground beef
1
jar  (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1-1/2
cups  water
2
cups  uncooked instant white rice
1
cup  frozen corn
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.

ADD salsa, water and rice; stir. Bring to boil.

STIR in corn and cheese; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir before serving.
