  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 min.
  • Stir in water and soy sauce. Bring to boil.
  • Add rice and chicken; mix well. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min. or until rice is tender and chicken mixture is heated through.


Shave time off this easy recipe by substituting 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetable blend for the fresh vegetables. Omit step 1. Add frozen vegetables to the combined water and soy sauce in large skillet. Continue as directed.

    I make this recipe probably 2-3 times a month. It is a favorite in our house hold. The only difference is I fry up fresh chicken first, then add a frozen bag of stir fry vegetables. Also, I add a little bit more soy sauce than the recipe calls for. LOVE THIS RECIPE!

    Very good, I used items I already had in my fridge and pantry...frozen broccoli and cauliflower. I halved the recipe to make for two.
