What You Need

Tbsp.  oil

cups  small fresh broccoli florets
1
large  red pepper, cut into strips
1
 onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices, halved
1-3/4
cups  water
1/3
cup  lite soy sauce
2
cups  instant white rice, uncooked
2
pkg.  (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

STIR in water and soy sauce. Bring to boil.

ADD rice and chicken; mix well. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min. or until rice is tender and chicken mixture is heated through.

Shortcut
Shave time off this easy recipe by substituting 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetable blend for the fresh vegetables. Omit step 1. Add frozen vegetables to the combined water and soy sauce in large skillet. Continue as directed.
