20-Minute Grilled BBQ Pork Chop Sandwiches

Here are tasty hot sandwiches you can enjoy any weeknight, stuffed with grilled boneless pork chops seasoned with tangy BBQ sauce.

What You Need

cup  BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
 boneless pork chops (1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
large  tomato slices
 onion slices
 whole wheat sandwich rolls, split
 lettuce leaves

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

RESERVE 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Grill chops 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing occasionally with some of the remaining barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.

REMOVE chops from grill; cover to keep warm. Add tomatoes and onions to grill; cook 2 min. on each side, brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.

SPREAD rolls with reserved sauce; fill with lettuce, chops, tomatoes and onions.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for pork chops, grilling 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
Take Along Tip
Wrap ingredients individually and pack in a cooler with ice. Take your portable grill along to grill and enjoy this tasty hot picnic sandwich.
