20-Minute Grilled Chicken with Parmesan Rice

Tender grilled chicken breasts are served on a bed of Parmesan rice with tomatoes and green onions in this weeknight-easy 20-minute dish.

What You Need

2
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)

Tbsp.  KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2
cup  chopped tomatoes
2
 green onions, sliced
1-1/3
cups  hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

BRUSH chicken with dressing. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F).

MEANWHILE, stir cheese, tomatoes and onions into rice.

SERVE chicken over rice mixture.
