  • Add water, celery, onions and Seasoning Packet to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in pecans and Rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, substituting 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked, for uncooked instant long grain & wild rice and 2 cups chicken broth for water.
