  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. Add spinach, in batches, cooking after each addition just until spinach starts to wilt.
  • Add pasta and sauce; mix lightly. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with cheese.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, for the fresh spinach.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper to cooked spinach mixture in skillet along with the pasta and sauce.
