  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness. Spread with 2 Tbsp. of the steak sauce; sprinkle evenly with peppers. Roll up steak from one of the short sides; cut crosswise into 8 slices.
  • Thread 2 steak rolls onto each of 4 skewers.
  • Grill 8 to 10 min. or until cooked to medium doneness (160°F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce.

Preheat broiler. Assemble skewers as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 8 to 10 min. or until cooked to medium doneness (160°F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce.

    This is a great fast, easy, and inexpensive recipe. My husband and I have varying levels of tolerance for spicy food, but this recipe struck the balance, and we were all satisfied, even our pre-adolescent son! I plan to double this recipe the next time, it was such a hit!
