30-Minute BBQ Ground Beef & Rice Tacos

Warm taco shells are filled with a mixture of BBQ-sauced ground beef, peppers and onions and topped with shredded cheese in this 30-minute family-pleaser.

What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef
1
  green pepper, chopped
1
  onion, chopped

cup   water
1/2
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1
cup  instant brown rice, uncooked

 TACO BELL® Crunchy Taco Shells, warmed
1
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet with peppers and onions; drain. Add water and barbecue sauce; mix well. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.

SPOON filling evenly into taco shells; sprinkle with cheese.
