This was delicious. Though, I'll admit, my husband & I altered the recipe a bit for our liking. We added 1.5 Tbsp of spicy mustard & an extra .5 Tbsp of Dijon mustard. We added another apple & more cranberries & walnuts. It is a wonderful hearty meal though that we will definitely be cooking again!
This recipe is horrible....it doesn't call for enough water so by the time the rice cooks the apples get soggy. There is absolutely no flavor with this recipe. I ended up dumping all of it out.
Doubled the mustard to increase the flavor, but otherwise yummy!
