Tasted great. So flavourful and easy to make. My husband is not a tomatoe person and I made more since I was having some people over for dinner, so I did 2 batches, one with tomatoes and one without and the one with the tomatoes tasted better. It added great flavour but didn't overwhelm, so next time my husband will have the tomatoes! The italian dressing gave such good flavour and I mixed the veggies in with the rice when eating to give the rice flavour and it tasted great. Will defnintely make again, and I normally don't make pork chops because they never turn out, but with this recipe they sure did! I made exactly as stated in the recipe but added onions and some seasoned pepper.
