  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Thread meat onto 8 skewers alternately with oranges, broccoli and potatoes. Place in shallow dish.
  • Pour steak sauce over kabobs; turn to evenly coat. Refrigerate 10 min. to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
  • Grill kabobs 5 min. on each side or until meat is done. Serve over salad greens.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill.
