Warm up a cold night with this hearty chili of ground turkey, white beans, corn and tomatoes flavored with chili powder and Dijon mustard.

What You Need

cup chopped onions
1
clove garlic, minced
1
Tbsp. oil
1
pkg. (16 oz.) frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey, thawed
1
cup chicken broth
1
can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/4
cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
Tbsp. chili powder
1/8 to 1/4
tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1
can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
1
can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1
cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

COOK and stir onions and garlic in hot oil in 3-quart saucepan on medium-high heat until tender. Stir in turkey. Cook until turkey is cooked through, stirring occasionally to break up the turkey. Drain.

ADD broth, tomatoes with their liquid, mustard, chili powder and pepper; mix well. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STIR in beans and corn; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with the cheese.
