Omit water and boiling step. Mix 1 pouch CERTO Fruit Pectin and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice in bowl. Stir into fruit mixture in large bowl. Continue as directed. Makes about 4 (1-cup) containers.
To get exact level cup measure of sugar, spoon sugar into dry metal or plastic measuring cup, then level by scraping excess sugar from top of cup with a straight-edged knife.

I've been ****** the freezer strawberry jam for years. According to the directions (which are not the same) the jam did not set. I called the 800 number & was told to hold. I did for some time - no operator. This was a waste of time & money - and even worse we miss our favorite jam. Please advise a solution.
I too did not find any directions in the box. I do not recall ever boiling the pectin with water. I do remember using lemon juice in your old recipe and mixing everything in the bowl until the pectin and the sugar was dissolved.
same as the others my jam did not set. the recipe in the box is wrong. the recipe on your site is the same one I have used for years. lot of wasted time and money . also u don't answer your 1 800 number for help this is also most aggravating . thanks kraft!!
