This is really good. I made it tonight and only changed 2 things. I didn't have beef broth so I used onion soup mix with water and didn't have mixed veggies so I used 1 can of peas, 1 can of corn and 2 handfuls of frozen onions. It says that it makes 4 servings but it's a lot more than that. I would estimate 7-8 servings.
