40-Minute Beef & Pasta Skillet with Parmesan

Ah, a one-pot entrée ready in 40 minutes. This tasty beef and pasta skillet's got it all—and did we mention the tomatoes and Parmesan?

What You Need

1
lb.  lean ground beef
2
cups  rotini pasta, uncooked
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1/2
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.

STIR in pasta, tomatoes and broth. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until heated through.

STIR in 1/4 cup cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
