Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved this dish and so did everybody at the Super Bowl party! Loved this dish and so did everybody at the Super Bowl party! Everybody asked me for the recipe. I will make this again and again! I also added the artichoke hearts--chopped small as well as some chopped cilantro on the top of it all. Then, I drizzled Olive Oil over it. I used pita bread in place of the chips which made it very easy to spread onto. I just cut up the pita bread into smaller pieces. Of course I made this recipe larger as I had over 12 to share with--so I used 14oz. of Hummas and lots more of the other items too.. It was definitely one of those WOW dishes! Easy to put together and tastes wonderful. You'll be glad you tried this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Addictive and very easy to make (esp. Addictive and very easy to make (esp. as making with pre-made hummus). I made once with baba-ghanouj (roasted eggplant dip) as that was all the store had and I liked it almost more ... also feel free to use different flavours of feta (with red peppers, etc.) -- all taste just as yummy, and use different crackers as well for variety.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The flavor of this dip is excellent! The flavor of this dip is excellent!! It was a big HIT!!!! I served it with pita bread that I cut into triangles. Tip: don't salt this recipe for two reasons: 1. salt will draw the water out of the tomatoes and cucumbers, leaving a watery layer and 2. the feta takes care of the salt content of this dish just fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great tasting and easy recipe. This is a great tasting and easy recipe. Very refreshing so it's great for warm weather days. I served this dip with toasted pita bread triangles rather than the crackers. Next time I will try Greek Kalamata olives since they would blend so well with the other Mediterranean flavors in this recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great recipe. This is a great recipe. Its easy to make, and its healthy. I make it with low-fat feta and you can't tell the difference. I highly recommend making it with katamala olives and using cut up pita bread. I'm asked to make this all the time. My friends are huge fans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved it. Loved it. I made the hummus and it was awesome. I used black olives but next time I think I will use the kalmata. Also next time I am going to add a bit of red onion, artichokes and yellow pepper rings. There are so many variations you can use.
