This tasty quick-fix salad turns everyday ingredients into something special.

what you need

lb.  frozen cooked large cleaned peeled shrimp (21-30 count)
cups  frozen peas
cups  Boston lettuce leaves
cup  thinly sliced red onions
cup  KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Make It

PLACE shrimp and peas in colander; rinse under hot water until thawed. Drain well. Place in large bowl; set aside.

ARRANGE lettuce on 4 plates to resemble cups.

ADD onions and dressing to shrimp mixture; toss lightly. Spoon into lettuce "cups."

Shrimp is readily available, already peeled and cleaned, in your grocery store's freezer case. Just thaw in the refrigerator overnight or rinse under cool water in a colander until thawed.
