I usually cannot stand cole slaw, but I gave this recipe a try and was very pleasantly surprised - yummy! I've made it many times, sometimes without the chicken and usually without the fresh cilantro, and always like it. It's great for lunches - try it in a tortilla or a pita as a wrap!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1 tsp. 1 tsp. dried cilantro, added to the dressing a little while before mixing it all up, seemed to work as well as getting the fresh stuff. I used left-over grilled chicken that I already had on hand. Very tasty, quick, and no need to heat up the kitchen!
