Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Great! My slight adjustments: I mixed sour cream with the salsa (instead of using ranch) for a layer under the cheese instead of on top. Also omitted onions for my tastes, and included a blackbean/corn mixture I had leftover from yesterday's dinner; I'm sure if you followed this exactly it would taste just as good as mine.

Some changes I made...I added advacado and corn...used red onion instead of green...sour cream instead of ranch...and left off olives... I plan on making this many more times!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is delicious, however, I would use a sweet or mild onion next time. This is delicious, however, I would use a sweet or mild onion next time. The red onion over powered the other ingredients. Maybe I'll try rinsing the onion after I chop it next time.
