Ultimate 7-Layer Dip

Ultimate 7-Layer Dip recipe
Sure, we could have gone with six, but at what cost? Lose the sour cream, or the zesty salsa, or the shredded cheese or….No. Seven layers. Get a little in each bite.

This recipe was very good - I have made 7 layer dip before, so I added an extra layer of guacamole to this recipe. I also added some of the salsa to the beans before spreading on a plate, and I added the taco seasoning to the sour cream instead of the beans, since I find sour cream to be a little bland. Also, I used fat free refried beans and fat free sour cream, and everything tasted great!

We put the salsa in a bell pepper that we cut the seeds out of and set that in the middle of the dip dish. You could also put it on the side in a seperate dish. Also if you like avocado you can add a layer of that also.
