French Onion-Pork Chop Skillet

French Onion-Pork Chop Skillet recipe
This dish, served piping hot right out of a skillet, is the embodiment of country French. It’s tastiest with a bowl of steaming haricot verts (green beans to you and me).

I don't even really care for pork chops, but this was really, really good! Roommate, who prefers fried chops, really liked these! It was really easy to make too! I will definitely be making these again real soon!

Great recipe - family loved it. Made with 8 thin pork chops instead of 6 thicker ones, used only 1 onion, and added an extra tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce - YUMMY & Quick to make! We'll be doing this one again!

Veyry good. The Worcestershire sauce is really good and the onions absorb it. I like the taste of worcestershire sauce so I put an extra tablespoon. Used Whole wheat stove top and it turned out great! Would make it again.

Was really looking forward to trying this dish and was disappointed in the bland taste of the porkchops and the stuffing was a little overpowering...may try it again without the stuffing and thinner porkchops.
