Made this recipe for dinner where the guests are vegetarians. We all loved the recipe. In fact, out guests asked for the recipe. I would definitely make again for us. I did have a little difficulty getting the crescent dinner rolls to cover the veggie mixture. But think it will be easier the next time I make the recipe.

I found there was a bit too much broccoli in this dish, I cut down on that the second time,I used about 3/4 of what the recipe calls for, I also added a tablespoon of Garlic (cause I LOVE garlic) and I added more cheese in the mixure (about a cup more) because it makes it stick together better after cooking. I had great reviews at the company Christmas party!

Delightful! I've made it several times in the last few weeks because my husband keeps asking for it. We switch out ingredients in the filling to make it a bit different each time. We really like it with chicken instead of mushrooms and onions. My next goal is to try it with shrimp!

This is definitely a crowd pleaser!! No one believed that I made it from scratch. It was absolutely delicious. I also added chopped ham and covered the ring for a few minutes near the end so it wouldn't burn. A+++++++++++++++++++++++!

Made this recipe, but added sliced ham with broccoli, and a little Dijon mustard to cream cheese mixture. Very Good!

This recipe was delicious. I only baked for 30 minutes, since it was getting too brown, [could be my oven tends to be hotter], but also some of the cheese started to run out of bottom just a little and so was not able to move to a Christmas platter, but all of my guests LOVED this and wanted the recipe. Just wondering if anyone has had cheese run out too and if I may have prevented this somehow?
