My ENTIRE family loves this recipe! They ask me to make it all the time. I leave off the cheese because my daughter is allergic to milk, but other than that she can have it and everyone loves it.

i had never made meatloaf before and tried this recipe for the first time. it was so easy and it was so good!! i forgot to add onion but thought it tasted fine without it as well. i liked how it was a healthier version too.

This was the best meatloaf I've ever made. My husband loved it too. This is the recipe I will make next time I want to eat meatloaf.

I added a few strips of bacon to the top (underneath the ketchup layer). Not super healthy, but yum! Mine was a little crumbly, but very moist and delicious.

I have been married to my husband for almost four years and he has always expressed his dislike for meatloaf. Well, I made this one night because I figured after all this time I was due some meatloaf. Long story short he loved it!

My husband LOVES this! I add different things every time (what ever veggies I have on hand), but it always comes out great! I always add some thyme, salt and pepper too. I use bbq sauce instead of ketchup...yummy!
