What You Need

large onion, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

3/4

cup ketchup, divided

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

egg whites

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

MIX meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with remaining ketchup.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (160°F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

After shaping a meatl oaf with your hands, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and hot water for at least 20 sec. A quick rinse under the faucet is not enough to kill any harmful bacteria.

Very tasty recipe. The whole family enjoyed it. I left out the cheese on top. Would definitely make this one again!

I have made this a couple times now and really like how the stove top adds some great flavor. I find that meatloaf can be very bland but it's not the case with this one. The only change I make to the recipe is sauteing the onions in olive oil and then add italian seasoning to that mixture, instead of using the dressing. YUM!

This was the best meatloaf I've ever had. It was very very moist. I did add extra seasonings though. My husband and I ate meatloaf sandwiches for the next two days. I passed this recipe on to a friend and her family loved it also. Yummy!

I have made this several times and my husband and I think it is great. The only thing that I did different was put half the meat loaf in the pan,then layered cheese. Then I put the other half on top and used a fork to seal it. I have always put chees in the middle of a meatloaf and my family likes it like that. I will now throw my old recipe away and use this one.

Delicious! Only bad thing was I had to wait an hour before I could eat it. And I hate to say this but it was better than my mom's meatloaf.... "Mom! Get the meatloaf!!"

My husband and 3 year old daughter loved this, you know it is good if that happens! I might try to add more flavor next time. Lots of leftovers!

this is a delicious meatloaf receipie. My family loved it, and it makes a large enough meatloaf to feed atleast 6 family members! Would definitley recommend to everyone to try!!
