What You Need

large onion, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

3/4

cup ketchup, divided

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

egg whites

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

MIX meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with remaining ketchup.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (160°F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

This was a really great change from my moms dried up overcooked meat loaf that I grew up with. Even my kids loved it! That is a surprise. I added more stuffing and put cheese in the mixture. Also cook it about 5 to 10 minutes longer. This is worth cooking again.

I'm not sure that i liked this recipe. It turned out kind of wet and i didn't even add the cup of water.

I have made this several times and my family loves it!! In place of the Italian Dressing.. I used Sun - Dried Tomato Dressing and olive oil with the onions when i sauteed them. The next day my husband made a meat loaf sandwich and the meat loaf was still very moist. This is a keeper!!

OMG, My family loved this recipe. My husband don't like meatloaf However loved this and has asked for it again. kids loved it, husband, loved it and I love it. it is so so easy to make. I think this will be a weekly meal.

This is my favorite recipe for making meatloaf. It is is moist and very flavorful. My family enjoys this and that is a plus. My friends have thanked me for sharing this recipe with them as their family also enjoyed eating the meatloaf.
