This is the best and easiest Swiss Steak recipe ever. I have made this several times as a formal dinner to rave reviews from my guests. The only tweeking I did was add the left over salad dressing to the pot. This really increased the saucy flavor. I also pounded the meat to tenderize it a little more than just cooking all day. The next time I make it, I'm thinking of adding a litttle dry red wine, like a Barolo. thanks so much Kraft. This is a real keeper.
