This is great comfort food ....... My husband kept commenting on how good it was :)

My husband is very persnickety when it comes to trying something new, and he is a BIG beef eater. So it is difficult to find new ways to cook beef that he will try. He REALLY liked this. I know he particularly likes something when he actually comments on how good it is.

This was just too easy to make. It was very tasty and it was o.k. with my husband, so it is definitely a keeper.

I would suggest cutting the meat down into smaller bite sized pieces.
