I made this for my family of four tonight, consisting of myself, my husband, an 8 yr old and a 3 yr old. All are picky eaters. Everyone could not get enough of them and wanted more. Next time, I think I'll make a double batch!!!

Double it! Don't add any salt.

This is also great as an appetizer if you cut them smaller: 1 in by 1 in.

Want to hear something funny? I made these biscuits last night - I thought I had memorized the instructions and ingredients - well, I put the cream cheese IN the biscuit dough along with the butter - actually, they were very good and the texture was great. My husband ate one, but not certain if he really liked it or not. I'm sure I'll make these again, with or without the cream cheese in the dough.

Doesn't seem to have enough milk, as it didn't form soft dough very easy. During kneading it, it mixed, tho I lost some of the cheese. Was very good tho & the whole family LOVED them. Will make them again.

I have been looking for this recipe. I had it in a restaurant and loved it then. I love it even more since I can make it. We have it with stew, salads and soup.

These were great and easy to make!! All I had was a light butter substite and 1% milk and they were still wonderful! To cut calories a bit I used a little less cheese and still, they tasted great! Even my husband who runs from "light" adaptations of recipes ate 3 of the 4 biscuits that I made! (made 1/2 the recipe)

I found this recipe this afternoon and made them tonight to go with our soup for dinner. They were so easy and tasted great! I think using whole wheat flour was a great suggestion!
