I made these biscuits for a family supper. I got nothing but great comments. People couldn't believe I made them. They are very delicious. The kids love them, also.

I made this recipe for my boys one was not really impressed, but the other one loved it. He took it to scholl and all his friends wanted. I took it to work and all my co-workers loved it.

I made these for my boyfriend, and he LOVED them! I spread the cream cheese on top of the biscuits when they were still warm. We will definitely have these again!

Good recipe, but the amount of butter used should be definitely decreased! I cooked them twice, first time with all butter indicated, second - with 1/2 butter. Less butter didn't make a huge difference for the taste, so you can cut down some fat without any harm. :) I also would suggest making double portion to have all cookie tray filled. And surely using whole-wheat flour, which is better for health.

The first batch we made was a little "plain" so on the next batch, we threw in some roasted new mexican green chilies that we diced very small with 1/2 sharp cheddar cheese and the other 1/2 monterey pepper jack cheese. They were delicious and had a little "kick" to them, but not too much "kick."

I made these biscuits for my husband and he just loved them!! I have been making them weekly for him I double the batch and make large biscuits. He works out of town and makes Sausage sandwhiches for breakfast with them. I have varied the recipe by adding some garlic powder to the recipe.
