What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

tomato, finely chopped

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

1/4

cup chopped fresh basil

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

PLACE chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add 2 Tbsp. dressing; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 10 min. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing.

COVER half the grill grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place chicken on uncovered side of grill grate; grill 6 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, tomatoes, cheese and basil.

TURN chicken over; place on foil. Top with tomato mixture. Grill 8 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Variation

Marinate chicken in shallow glass dish instead of in the plastic bag.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot buttered egg noodles, and grilled or steamed vegetables.

Substitute

If you don't have fresh basil, you can use 1 tsp. dried basil leaves instead.

Fabulous recipe! I marinated the chicken for several hours and it was delicious and tender. Will definately make again!

This was awesome, my family LOVED it!. I used pico instead of the tomotoe and basil because I had that in the fridge, and it turned out good. Gave it a little kick with the jalapenos, etc.

This recipe is great! The whole family loved it! Will definitely make again. I also marinated the tomatoes in the sun dried tomatoe vinigerette with the basil. Simply Excellent!

This is fab and easy dish to make. Marinate the chicken for a couple of hour for more flavor. The chicken is juicy and flavorful. It is a big hit with the kids too.
