What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

tomato, finely chopped

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

1/4

cup chopped fresh basil

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

PLACE chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add 2 Tbsp. dressing; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 10 min. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing.

COVER half the grill grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place chicken on uncovered side of grill grate; grill 6 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, tomatoes, cheese and basil.

TURN chicken over; place on foil. Top with tomato mixture. Grill 8 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Variation

Marinate chicken in shallow glass dish instead of in the plastic bag.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot buttered egg noodles, and grilled or steamed vegetables.

Substitute

If you don't have fresh basil, you can use 1 tsp. dried basil leaves instead.

This was really good and easy. I made it on my inside grill, like a George Froeman, but it's a different brand. I just left it open after I put the topping on it. This was great. I used the tomato mixture in pasta and on bread. My husband and kids liked it too. Definately a repeat recipe.

I absolutely loved it!!! Very easy to make. I did add chopped onion to the mix. Suggest marinating the chicken longer. I also heated the dressing to serve on the side to dip the chicken in. Very moist!

This was really good. I marinated the chicken overnight in another brand of Sun dried tomato viaigrette since my store didn't carry Kraft's version. We'll be making this again. Even my 3 yr old liked it!

This chicken recipe was Awesome!! All these flavors are combined that I never would have thouht would work well together. Really recommend it. Even my picky 4 year old loved it & asked for more :)
