Very easy and very good; the bruschetta can be made ahead of time and all you have to do is grill the chicken!!

Made a very nice presentation - definitely company worthy. I used packaged Italian salad dressing and added some finely chopped green pepper to the topping. Instead of basil I used Italian seasoning, and sprinkled the completed dish with some flat leaf parsley for garnish.

Delicious! My husband loved it. He said it was like pizza with chicken as the crust. :) Only thing it needed was alittle more salt, but we like things salty. :)

Very easy and delicious! Great entree for company, easy prep but tastes and appears as though you've slaved all day!

My hubby and I loved this! Its a simple recipe with great flavors. Our propane tank ran out of gas so I marinated the chicken for a few hours, and dried the chicken before pan searing it for about 10-12 mintues. Then added the "toppings" and put it in the oven til the cheese melted. Loved it so much, we will be adding this to the usual rotation!

Super easy and so flavorful. Couldn't find sun-dried tomato dressing, so I substituted balsamic vinegrette, and it was great!

This has become a favorite for us. It's simple enough for a week night meal, but elegant looking enough for guests.

OMG!! One of the best ever! I just wanted to add to my earlier post. Because we were serving so many, we used petite diced canned tomatoes (drained) but used fresh basil for the topping. We even grilled the chicken breasts the day before. This is a great menu item for a dinner party or just an any day meal.
