What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

tomato, finely chopped

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

1/4

cup chopped fresh basil

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

PLACE chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add 2 Tbsp. dressing; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 10 min. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing.

COVER half the grill grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place chicken on uncovered side of grill grate; grill 6 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, tomatoes, cheese and basil.

TURN chicken over; place on foil. Top with tomato mixture. Grill 8 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Variation

Marinate chicken in shallow glass dish instead of in the plastic bag.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot buttered egg noodles, and grilled or steamed vegetables.

Substitute

If you don't have fresh basil, you can use 1 tsp. dried basil leaves instead.

SUPER! i used light sun dried tomato dressing, low fat cheese and canned tomatoes (didnt have fresh on hand). will definitely make again!!

All I can say is OMG! This was amazing. It was the best dinner I've ever made. Everyone loved it and we will be making it again soon. Thanks for the terrific recipe!

A restaurant quality meal. We have made this several times. I use store-bought basil pesto in place of the dressing and fresh basil and even threw in some feta cheese. Served it with a side of thin spaghetti (also tossed with the basil pesto) and a tomato/cucumber salad. Excellent!!

I used pico salsa instead, added cilantro instead of basil, some lime zest and juice, and a sprinkle of sugar, and of course the mozzerella cheese. It was so delicious! My husband was very impressed with the flavor, and it was very fresh. Definitely will make it again with the tomato/basil combo, but I want to keep experiementing with what I can top my chicken with! Delicious idea Kraft Foods!

Excellent but I forgot to mention that I marinated the chicken over night instead of just 10 minutes.

I make this recipe quite often. I also add a clove of crushed garlic and chop up a hot pepper and add to the tomato, basil and cheese which makes it even more delicious. posted by Helen 10/23/10

Excellent dish!! I substitued Kraft Zesty Italian dressing, diced fresh cherry tomatoes, a dash of Italian seasoning, and a blend of bagged Italian cheese. It was delicious! Foreman grill 4-5 minutes, then top w/ dressing and put it in broiler for a few minutes.
